CATHERINE ELIZABETH CAIN Catherine Elizabeth Cain passed away tragically in her home on December 10, 2005, at the age of 55. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother Mary; her brother Peter (Vicky); and her nephews, Matthew and Travis; her son Kyle (Shannon) and her grandchildren, Avery, Tiernan and Rhianna; her son Kurt (Jodi), and granddaughter Taslynn. Cathy is now reunited with her father Francis, as well as friends and loved ones passed on before. Born in Emo, ON, Cathy became a nurse at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto and spent most of her career as an RN at St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg, defined by her love for children and babies. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 16 in Thomson Funeral Home, 669 Broadway. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Boniface Hospital Research Foundation.
